Q. How do the aluminium louvres work?
A. They are designed to block direct sunlight and to reduce heat whilst still allowing for air flow.

Q. What products are available?
A. We have one of the largest ranges of products, from aluminium to timber. These include: louvres, blinds, privacy screens, stainless steel and timber hand rails. Doors, gates, fencing and extensions...to name a few.

Q. Can you do it yourself?
A. Most products are DIY, just ask what you are interested in.

Q. Is the wood treated?
A. Yes. Our wood is treated to the highest level in the industry which is H4.

Q. What warranty is issued?
A. On all of our timber painted products we offer a 4 year warranty. On our metal products we offer a 5 year warranty. Our painting comes with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

Q. Do we deliver?
A. We can deliver your product to your door for a small delivery fee. However you may wish to pick up your product yourself to save some money.

Q. How else can I save money?
A. We can offer a few different ways to save money on the total cost of your order. Some things may be able to be done by yourself, such as painting,or installation. Just ask one of our friendly staff how they may be able to help you.
